Kaye/Bassman’s Construction & Real Estate Practice Names Two New Managing Partners

Kaye/Bassman International Corp. Construction and Real Estate Practice, a leading provider of executive search and recruitment within the commercial construction and real estate sectors, is proud to announce Luke Peters and Ashley Richards have each been named Managing Partner.
“Ashley and Luke have done a fantastic job of building up wonderful reputations within the Construction and Real Estate space. Both are valued assets for the clients and candidates they work with and we are excited they reached this milestone,” states Jeff Wittenberg, co-Practice Leader.
Prior to being named Managing Partner, Richards had joined Kaye/Bassman in 2010 and specialized in recruitment and new client development in North Texas and Oklahoma. She has successfully filled senior-management positions for some of North Texas’ most well-known and respected commercial builders and real estate developers. Mrs. Richards graduated from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication prior to joining Kaye/Bassman.
Luke Peters joined Kaye/Bassman in 2007 as a Project Consultant and was promoted to Search Consultant in 2010 where he oversaw new client development and strategic marketing efforts for the Kaye/Bassman’s South Texas region. He has successfully placed professionals at all levels within the commercial construction and real estate sectors. Mr. Peter’s is a native Texan and graduate of Tarleton State University with a Bachelors of Arts Degree in Business Management.
