Dallas, Texas – 1/30/2014:

Kaye/Bassman International Corp. Construction and Real Estate Practice, a leading provider of executive search and recruitment within the commercial construction and real estate sectors, reported a year over year increase of 169% for its year ending December 31, 2013. The Construction & Real Estate Practice 2013 revenues of $3.6M were up $2.3M over 2012. The increase marked the Practice’s best year since 2007 and consisted of over 120 permanent-placements including several notable placements: President, Manhattan Construction Company; Vice President of Operations for Southern California, Rudolph & Sletten; Senior Vice President, North Texas Region, JE Dunn Construction.

Marty Shapan, co-Practice Leader, stated, “The trend in our firm’s numbers is very encouraging particularly that of the Construction and Real Estate Practice which we consider as one of our cornerstone practices. The Construction & Real Estate practice represented a quarter of the firm’s overall revenue and the statistics are clear that, as we continue to scale, we expect the construction and real estate sectors to increase proportionately.”
